With 17 years of experience as a veterinary technician and a lifelong passion for canine behavior, training, and welfare, I’ve built my career around helping dogs and the people who love them. My background spans hands-on clinical care, dog training, and active participation in AKC conformation, obedience, rally, and Fast CAT events—experiences that have shaped my work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
Today, I bring that same dedication to my role in the Athletic Office at Duluth East High School, where I support student-athletes, staff, and daily operations in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. My ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly has become a key part of how I contribute to a smooth and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Sport Media and Communication at the University of Minnesota Crookston, expanding my skills in storytelling, digital communication, and sports culture. My goal is to blend my love of animals, my experience in both AKC dog sports and athletics, and my communication training into a career that highlights connection, community, and purpose. Whether I’m supporting high school athletics or training a dog for the show ring, I’m driven by passion, curiosity, and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
